Suicide Prevention Week
From February 4 to 10, 2024 is the 34th annual Suicide Prevention Week. With the theme Prevention is better than Death, this campaign highlights the importance of prevention and encourages people to dare to talk about suicide, despite fears or discomfort, because taking action can make all the difference.
The daretotalkaboutsuicide.com site offers information on distress, how to recognize it and how to respond, testimonials from people who have dared to talk about suicide in their lives, and a list of ways to mobilize for the cause. #daretotalkaboutsuicide

Cecilia was an international student from Mexico who attended Québec High School during the 2019-2020 school year.
Studying in Québec City was an unforgettable and valuable experience for Cecilia. We hope that this short video will inspire other students to seek and embark on similar learning adventures abroad.

Hosted by Dollard-des-Ormeaux School in Shannon, with members of the student council as delegates and members of the leadership team.
