A message from Jessica 

As we enter into these last few weeks of summer, that back-to-school feeling is in the air.  Maybe your children are heading back to daycare or school, maybe you are going back to work, or perhaps you are simply settling back into a routine after summer vacation. Whatever your situation, we wish you and your family all the best in this transition period.   I know that, personally, I am looking forward to getting back into a routine, heading back to the office and hopefully crossing paths with some of you (either in person or virtually) in the coming months. 

The Wellness Centre will also be getting back into the swing of things...
