For Mental Health Week, let's spread a little more sunshine around us, and use our calming power of compassion towards others. Life can be challenging, but kindness is part of the human condition.  From May 6 to 12, 2024 let's #CultivateCompassion.

QSPAD is a province-wide initiative aimed at encouraging us to prioritize our health and wellbeing by staying active and engaging in physical activity. It's a day dedicated to celebrating the importance of movement and showcasing the countless benefits it brings to our physical, mental, and emotional health.

May is Speech and Hearing Month

This year’s official slogan from the Ordre des orthophonistes et audiologistes du Québec is Human Communication : An Essential Need.

Our fabulous Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) Team wants to highlight the importance of early detection and intervention of communication disorders and the role that they play in helping children communicate. Our team work closely with teachers in the early grades to build the necessary communication skills needed for students to be successful in school and in their future life.
