Mental Health Week


 

The beginning of May is a time of renewal with the arrival of flowers and the return of warm weather, which positively affects the morale of many people. From May 1 to 7, let’s all highlight Mental Health Week. It’s an opportunity to slow down and take care of ourselves, just as we take care of our bodies by eating well and exercising. Good mental health contributes to our well-being and feeling better about ourselves.
