We all have the capacity to be compassionate and kind. For Mental Health Week, let's spread a little more sunshine around us, and use our calming power of compassion towards others. Life can be challenging, but kindness is part of the human condition.  From May 6 to 12, 2024 let's #CultivateCompassion.

Québec Sports and Physical Activity Day

Attention all students, teachers, staff, and parents! Get ready to lace up your sneakers and get moving because it’s Québec Sports and Physical Activity Day (QSPAD)!

QSPAD is a province-wide initiative aimed at encouraging us to prioritize our health and wellbeing by staying active and engaging in physical activity. It's a day dedicated to celebrating the importance of movement and showcasing the countless benefits it brings to our physical, mental, and emotional health.
