It all began with a dream. Back in 2018, we envisioned a modern English-language high school – a place where our students could learn, create, and thrive in an environment designed for the challenges of the 21st century. We also wanted to bring one of our elementary schools closer to the heart of their living environment on Québec’s South Shore and offer our high school community an educational experience comparable to that of the French-language network.

That dream evolved into a vision: to create a vibrant learning space equipped with cultural and athletic facilities that reflect our ambitions for the future.

Step by step, that vision began to take shape. In 2024, the opening of New Liverpool Elementary School in Chaudière-Appalaches marked a major milestone. With the younger students now settled in their new school, the St. Vincent site became the ideal location for our high school of the future.

In November 2025, the signature of the contract with the contractor turned our dream into reality. And today, after years of effort and perseverance, we have reached the long-awaited stage: the construction of our new high school begins.
