It is with great enthusiasm that I write these few words to welcome to SHS all our students as the Principal of Shawinigan High School. I wish to introduce a well-known actor in our school community as our Vice-Principal, Ms. Rachel Doré. As you may know, Ms. Doré has been teaching many of our students as a resource teacher over the past few years. We are both committed to carrying SHS’s tradition of high-quality education in a community-oriented approach.

C'est avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme que j’écris ces quelques mots pour souhaiter une bonne rentrée scolaire à tous nos élèves de Shawinigan High School. Je désire d’abord vous présenter une collègue bien connue dans notre école comme directrice adjointe, Mme Rachel Doré. Comme vous le savez peut-être, Mme Doré occupe un poste d’enseignante ressource depuis plusieurs années. Nous sommes toute deux engagées à contribuer d’assurer une éducation de qualité dans un climat communautaire et fraternel.
