Buildings and Equipment - Mandate

The main mandate of the Material Resources Department is to manage the material resources supporting the mission and the realisation of the School Board's strategic plan.

The managing of the material resources includes the planning and maintenance of the buildings and equipment of the organisation, except for information technology (IT) equipment. It also includes the calls for tenders and contracting processes, in compliance with the laws, policies and procedures of the organisation.
