Youth Mental Health Symposium – 3rd Edition

As part of Mental Health Week, we are pleased to highlight this very meaningful event: on April 2, Académie Saint-Louis in Québec City organized and hosted the 3^rd Edition of the Youth Mental Health Symposium, under the theme “Fais briller ton potentiel.” (Let Your Potential Shine)

The symposium’s aim was to bring together youth aged 12 to 17 from the Capitale-Nationale region to celebrate positive mental health 💛 Over 250 students from the region took part, including 25 CQSB students from our three Québec City high schools.

It was a unique opportunity for youth to connect with one another and with professionals, feel inspired, and promote positive mental health. 💛
