To discover your artifacts' origins, your team will do research in five fields of expertise. You will have twenty-five questions to guide your research.

As you research each area, don't just answer the questions;

Keep a sharp eye out for information on the seven artifacts. You may run across them, or at least see information which will help you explain them.

When you have answered your questions, go back at the TASK page. Working together, you should then be able to identify all the objects.

Your five fields of study are:
  • POLITICS--
    You will learn about Iroquois government, diplomacy, social structure, and way of life.
  • FOOD --
    You will learn about Iroquois foods, cooking, fishing and hunting.
  • CLOTHING --
    You will learn about Iroquois clothing, materials used and different types.
  • STORIES and MYTHS --
    You will learn some basic Iroquois myths and symbols.
  • GAMES --
    You will learn about Iroquois games and sports.
