Everyone settled in as Madison Marcini, a third grader, stepped onstage to demonstrate her Automatic Dog Washer. "First," said Madison, "you put the dog in the tub. Then you press this button." Madison pressed the start button. At first, nothing happened. Then suddenly, a spurt of inky black water sprayed up. I picked this excerpt because it shows how bad George and Harold are.

JUNIE B. JONES AND HER BIG FAT MOUTH
Day 1, November 29
Today Junie B. Jones has a punishment and she is mad. Also today is not Junie B's day. I like when the janitor screamed, "SPIT THAT THING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!!" That was funny.
Day 2, November 30
What stupid thing being a bullfighter when Junie grows up. But the craziest thing is that Junie punched a boy in the stomach and she is not allowed.
Day 3, December 4
Ha! Ha! What kind of job is that. A superhero and a jail guide and an artist. No wonder everybody was waiting for a name for that job.
Day 4, December 5
Junie B. is really mad. Her Mom and Dad don't want to listen to her.
Day 5, December 6
Junie B. is really excited about her job. But her mom and dad just seem like they don't understand.
Day 6, December 7
Junie B. sees all the job costumes but she says, "Don't ask me what job I'm dressing up as because it's a secret.
Day 7, December 10
Today everybody is telling what kind of job they want to be when they grow up BUT When Junie B. goes up and tells everybody what she wants to be, everybody laughs at her.
P.S. Junie wants to be a janitor.
Day 8, December 11
Janitor comes for show and tell and everybody is happy. I like the part when Lily says that Junie B. has a boyfriend.

Mr. Putter and Tabby Bake the Cake
In Mr. Putter and Tabby Bake the Cake my favourite part in the book was when Mr. Putter was trying to bake the cake but the first one went flat the second one wouldn't come off and the third one was on fire. This is my favourite part because Mr. Putter was trying hard to bake a cake.

I think that Captain Underpants gets eaten but he plunges his way out and gets rid of the evil rage of the talking toilets and brings peace to the world and lets the kids go back to school. That's what I think is going to happen - how about you?

I read the book called WE SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM. I chose wish because I wish I would have friends like that so we could have an ice cream party all together. And at the end we would scream, "We scream for ice cream."

When I began to read this book I felt it was very funny. Rene loved her playhouse and she had a play barn too. After she wanted a play cow but the cow was too big so she took a goat and she painted it with black spots. It was funny. I think it is the funniest book I ever read.

Junie B. Jones has a Monster Under Her Bed
It reminds me in the night when I was sleeping in the night and there was somebody trying to open the door. My sister was sleeping down stairs. My dog was barking so the robber was scared. Then my mom looked in the window but she was nothing. Then the robber went away because he was scared that the dogs woke us up. Then the dogs stopped barking. It was the scariest night I ever had.

Different Dragons/McMummy
I like more Different Dragons than McMummy because McMummy was dumb and boring. Different Dragons was about Ben Tucker spending the weekend at his Aunt Rose's house. Different Dragons is more fun to read because Ben is afraid of dogs and makes a friend of Gully and that was my favourite part in the book because Ben was afraid of dogs and made friends with a dog when he was so afraid of them.

Getting to know Moose
It was really surprising when I read one moose was a yearling and his antlers were only 3 inches long. After they photographed him as an adult he had antlers with 25 points!!!! I was really, really, R.E.A.L.L.Y surprised I love moose Okay???
