Corn Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups corn meal
- Beat together milk, egg, and oil
- Sift together dry ingredients
- Stir into milk mixture until moist
- Pour into greased muffin tins
- Ask an adult for help to cook your corn muffins.
- Bake in greased muffin tins in a hot oven (425°) for 20 minutes.
- Makes 1 dozen muffins.
