     Corn Muffin Recipe

  Corn Muffins

Ingredients

        • 1 cup of milk
        • 1 egg
        • 3 tablespoons of oil
        • 3/4 cup flour
        • 1 tablespoon baking powder
        • 3 tablespoons sugar
        • 1 1/4 cups corn meal




  • Beat together milk, egg, and oil

  • Sift together dry ingredients


  • Stir into milk mixture until moist


  • Pour into greased muffin tins


  • Ask an adult for help to cook your corn muffins.


  • Bake in greased muffin tins in a hot oven (425°) for 20 minutes.


  • Makes 1 dozen muffins.
