Ingredients
- 750ml flour
- 15ml baking powder
- 7ml salt
- 375ml water
- 200ml raisins
- Mix the dry ingredients:
the flour the baking powder the salt the raisins
- Add water stirring constantly
- Knead the dough with your hands, sprinkling it lightly with flour
- When the dough is ready, mould it in the form of a flat cake around 4cm thick. Place it on a plate and brush it lightly with butter.
- Ask an adult for help to cook your bannock in the oven at 225 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Cut the bannock to serve it, you can eat it hot or cold.
