INTRODUCTION
What Is A Lunar Eclipse
A lunar eclipse is the sun, the earth, and the moon in a straight line. The moon passes into the earth's shadow and the moon becomes darker.

OUR LUNAR ECLIPSE
At 10:15 the earth's shadow starts going on the moon. At 10:29, about 45% of the moon is covered by the earth's shadow. At 10:40, about 55% of the moon is covered by the earth's shadow. At 10:47, about 65% of the moon is covered by the earth's shadow. At 10:57, about 80% of the moon is covered by the earth's shadow. At 11:03, about 90% of the moon is covered by the earth's shadow. At 11:16, there was the total eclipse.

At 12:09, about 5% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 12:17, about 15% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 12:30, about 45% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 12:38, about 55% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 12:43, about 65% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 12:57, about 75% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 1:05, about 85% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 1:11, about 95% of the moon was reflecting the sun's light. At 1:18, the moon was back at the full moon.
