LUNAR ECLIPSE REPORT

Andréanne Deschenes and Isabelle Levesque

INTRODUCTION
A lunar eclipse happens when it is a full moon night and that the sun, the earth and the moon are in a straight line, so the moon is in the earth's shadow. So it looks like there is no moon anymore. An eclipse can only happen when there is a full moon.

LUNAR ECLIPSE

At 10:03 the moon started to disappear
At 10:25 the eclipse was halfway done
At 11:19 the eclipse was completed
At 12:09 we started to see the moon again
At 12:38 we could see half of the moon
And at 1:18 it was the full moon again

The next lunar eclipse is on November 8
